We understand plans can change. Below is our clear and fair refund and cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations are allowed up to 3 days before the event.

• For the September 1, 2025 show, cancellation requests must be submitted by August 29, 2025 (11:59 PM EST).

 

 

Refund Policy:

• 100% refund will be provided for eligible cancellations.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

How to Cancel:

• Please contact us via chat or contact or via +1 914 349-1559  with your order number and full name.

• Ensure you send the request before the cancellation deadline.
   

Note: No refunds or cancellations will be entertained after the deadline.
